'Put Thy Smock a Monday' is mentioned in Act 1; Scene 3 of Thomas Heywood's A Woman Killed with Kindness (1603/1607).  Nick, Jenkin, Sisly, Jack Slime, and Roger Brickbat are calling out dance options.  After Jack Slime requests 'The Hay', Nick makes a request of his own.
